Shipping & Returns
I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and delivery should take a further 2-4 working days when checking out with Standard Shipping or 1-2 working days with Express Shipping. Please give extra time for orders being sent over a weekend, bank holidays or public holidays.
The delivery times are a guide and are not guaranteed. Although it is highly likely your order will arrive within the expected time, on rare occasions some delays may be incurred with the couriers. If you haven't received your delivery within the expected delivery time, please contact me and I will be happy to take a look into it for you.
No refunds are given if the shipping details given on checkout are incorrect - but location of the item will try to be determined and I will try and get your order to you!
No refunds are given if you request the delivery of your order be 'left in a safe place'.
If you have received an order/item that you would like to return, you are more than welcome to do so within 7 days of the item/s delivery. Any returned item/s need to be in new resalable condition, along with any original packaging where necessary.
To arrange a return please contact me via our contact form where return details will be provided. Unfortunately any unwanted items must be returned at buyers cost but full item price will be refunded upon safe delivery of the item. Please ensure the product is well protected.
If you have purchased item/s that have been undelivered to to rejection of delivery, missed/failed delivery or due to incorrect details being supplied for delivery, the item/s cost will only be refunded. This is to cover the postage cost incurred for sending out the item/s.
LOSS OR DAMAGES
On the very rare occasion that an item is damaged during transit please simply send any necessary images of the damaged item and a replacement product or refund shall be given. If your order contains only one single item which has been damaged a full refund including postage will be given.
Any orders showing as 'delivered' to a work or company address won't be given cover for loss - please only use your workplace or company address as a postal address if you can trust your parcel will reach you once delivered by the courier.
REDUCE, RE-USE & RECYCLE
All orders will be packaged as Eco Friendly as possible!! All parcels are filled with a paper void fill which is 100% Recycled and its density when scrunched gives a good firm protection inside the box. When necessary bubble wrap and polystyrene sheets will be used, but where possible I do re-use these from shipments that have been received from my suppliers if they are in useable condition. Also on occasion I will also re-use larger boxes from supplier orders to send out large orders when the boxes condition is good, this helps cut costs and also waste.
